Dr Greg is a GP working in Cardiff, South Wales. He has a background prior to medicine that started with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and a Master’s in Nutrition, Obesity and Public Health. This experience has enhanced Greg’s knowledge and awareness of what a healthy balanced lifestyle should look like and how to achieve this. He has carried this approach through to his medical career and in more recent years, his work as a GP. He works hard to promote obtainable and sustainable changes that improve his patients and client’s overall health and wellbeing. Greg appreciates that managing stress requires an understanding of the person as a whole, in order to provide tailored individual support.
Greg is a keen fitness enthusiast and supporter of Welsh Rugby and Manchester Utd Football club. He draws on this love of sport and fitness to compete in a range of endurance events including Men’s Health, Tough Guy, the Edinburgh Marathon and 24-hour fitness challenges.
Greg is also a founding ambassador for a charity which works to support the mental health and wellbeing of doctors. This is something close to Greg’s heart given that he understands all too well the significant pressures faced by healthcare staff. He strongly believes that the importance of selfcare and inner management to cope with such pressures is applicable across a range of industries.
